The “Red Barn” is very spacious with a base area of 30 x 40 sqm. Its devided into 2 floors, so you an keep animals or other things on two areas. Inside it has 4 stables and 4 areas which can also simply be changed into stables. The “Red Barn” includes lockable doors.
It can also be used as a nice small Farm-Mall or other things.
The Building has a Primcount of 78 prim. I’d prefer a landparcel of 4096 sqm.
